Can not receive verification email

How to resolve this porblem and how to set the verification email?

    • nothing in the spam folder. Do I need to set any information in UNA plateform? Need any app to excute the mail sending?

          Just i guess answer yes if you have those fields filled in with an email or not if you don't have anything there. No need to post your email here where users can see it. :)

                If you meet the trouble like link2seed you need to send a test mail via Stuido->Dashboard->server audit area. See the line with "Mail sending - click here to send test email". Click link, follow the instructions and check what result do you get. Provide us this part, then it's possible to start to check the variants what's wrong.

                  It's better to have the Cron Jobs for UNA under the same user as FTP / Control Panel.

                        • Hi, LeonidS! In accordance with your recommendation, I have tried to send a test email. UNA returns a message like "Sending mail - a test message has been sent, please check xxxxxxx@xxxx.net box" (has been translated from Russian). I have no email messages from my site in 1 hour (also in the spam folder). So could you clarify please, what I need to check in this case?

                          • Hi UNA guys and LeonidS ! As I can see, UNA does not propose any applicable workaround for this issue. In conclusion of the discussion,  can UNA confirm, that the send activation email process doesn't work as properly in the current (10.1.0) UNA version?

                                    • its better to test this out on a number of big email company's like yahoo,gmail,outlook so on and so on as website owners we need to do that with every piece of software and hardware our websites will be on if you know people to help with that then it helps as you don't need to sign up your self to a number of dif providers

                                        So, at the end of a long journey:

                                        An issue like this invokes if UNA hosted on VPS servers. By default, sending mail is not available on all plans. But you need to set up an RDNS (reverse DNS) by hosting panel. In my case, I have set my domain as RDNS value. Now verification email received on a few tested email addresses. I hope my investigation helps to somebody.
