UNA Cloud 4 - No support

Hello, 

I am writing in the community to discuss the support for UNA Cloud 4 package offered by UNA.  My experience is great for the sell but there's a lack of follow through and consistency for support requests.  2 support tickets over 2 month period of time and no response to either of them.  Currently looking for other options and looking for suggestions if any at all.

    • Hello, you may want to tag either Andrew Boon or Mark Purser or PM them and let them know here of what your issue is.

      • Hi Adam. - I’m really sorry, that should certainly not be the case. Can you confirm that you sent your support request to support@una.io ? there should only be a 12-36 hr (max) response time to those tickets. I’ll go into the support desk & see what I can find. 

        • I usually find that posting here in discussions or simply PM UNA support team members works best. The search bar is a great tool and can help you search for related problems and see if they're solved. That brings up a great suggestion for Discussion here in UNA. If something is solved and the owner has the answer to their question they should be able to leave a flag at the top. This way people can sort through and find answers faster

          • Adam. I've checked our system and cannot find any outstanding tickets, can you please verify what email you are sending them to? 

            • Adam. - I stand corrected, I've found your tickets - for some reason they were getting shelved by our ticketing desk, my sincere apologies, I think as you were sending them from some other ticketing system our system marked them as Spam -  I will respond to your requests right away.
