Protean - Website not responding
Hello, has anyone experienced this with the Protean template. Once logged in everything is just blank. Can't even access studio from the site. I have sent a support request but if there's anything I can do in the interim that would be great.

Need more information. Did this all the sudden start? Did it start after an upgrade? What version?
When you say "Once logged in" does that mean you can see your homepage if not logged in? Can you see anything else?
Can you login to your Studio via direct link? So it would be your site URL with /studio/launcher.php after it.

I can access the studio that way but the settings app is blank too.
Protean (default) Boonex • 10.0.4
No upgrades that I’m aware of.

Protean is just a template. Let's not worry about that just yet.
If you can access Studio that way, can you click Dashboard and tell me the version of UNA you are running?

You're welcome. Just make sure that you upgrade the modules too. If it auto-updated, it should auto-update the modules too. But, it doesn't hurt to go into Studio > Apps > click Storefront to establish your connection to UNA > Then click Upgrades and make sure it's empty. Don't leave from that page and keep refreshing it a few time just to make sure.
So is your site back to working now?
